"I have been trying to locate a physical address or actual phone number for ibcart without any success. How do you return products if needed? If there is an issue with an order who do you speak with? If they have a store front what is the address? Are they actually buying the products and reselling or are the products coming from HK? How does anyone buy from a company that will not share their details? They do not respond to e-mails asking for ocntact information either."
