"They send an email like for your "gift card". When you try to redeem it, you get a message saying "We are sorry for the temporary delay. Please try refreshing your screen. If that doesn’t work try your link again later. In some cases it can take up to 48 hours for your link to be activated. Thank you for your patience."
2 weeks later, the same exact message shows up. Tried multiple computers with multiple browsers, only to find that SEVERAL other customers have the same issue. This business practice has fraud written all over it. Buyer beware."

"I received this card as a birthday present months ago. Have not been able to redeem yet. Same message as other reviewers, always tells me to try back later. Called customer service many times and no answer. Same message every time that they are busy or its after business hours and call back later.
This is a scam and they hope you will forget about it and they keep the money without providing the gift card. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and would encourage anyone that has had a similar experience to do the same. Hopefully they will shut down and not continue to scam people out of money. "
"DO NOT BUY!! I had a gift card sent to me almost 2 months ago and I’m still trying to redeem $50!! Chose merchant, had to wait over a week for email confirmation. When I finally received merchant confirmation email, I thought finally! Ahh ha.. so after driving 40 min to spend it.. nope! Still gives me some bs reason! Now says may take 48 hours just to print! "I speculate that they try to keep your order open as long as humanly possible to maximize their cash flow and earn interest on it. It's the only thing that makes sense as to why it would take weeks (I'm nearing 1 month of waiting) for a transaction to occur.
Step 1: Purchase a "redeemable amount of credit" from them (cash from your bank to theirs)
Step 2: Recipient of "redeemable amount of credit" chooses from supposedly available gift cards
Step 3: Wait 2-4 business day (maximum of 10 business days according to them)...I had to call them after 16 business days to complain
Step 4: Receive "link to download gift card" click on link and most often than not receive a "Sorry for the Temporary Delay" message telling you that often it takes 48hrs for a card to activate.
Step 5: Wait, and try daily. Usually at around 6-7 days of trying later, you'll call them up and they'll say that they are "out of stock". This is BS, since they are digital codes. They are just holding off on buying your code until the last possible second to hold onto the cash; or they are severely understaffed.
Step 6: If you haven't completely forgotten about the gift card by this point, you'll finally get your code.
Once they send you this download link they state that you have 180 days to download before the code expires and cannot be used. I can only assume that they hope that by taking forever to provide you your code, you'll forget for long enough and they just get to pocket the initial money and not provide anything.
This service is an absolute scam and any company using them to send gift cards to their customers should seriously reconsider. "
"One of the companies we work with sends out this gift card as bonuses. I've never experienced a gift card like this. They send you a link to choose your the retail outlet. You then have to wait 2-4 days to receive another link to redeem the giftcard. Every time I try to redeem, it says, "unable to redeem, please wait 48 hours". To make matters worse, every time I try to call customer service, no one picks up. I have to call continuously to get someone live."
"Million steps, Long wait, no prepaid card option, by the time you get the card you picked you may not even want to shop there anymore. I mean days and days of a wait. You almost forget that you redeemed it.

Not reliable, my gift card I picked 7 days ago is out of stock so I sit here and wait until they upload more which is not fair since the person who purchased this gift for me already paid them yet I have to wait until they load more in to receive my gift? When I chose the store I wanted it was because they had a $15 off coupon but that has since expired and still no gift card. Please go out of business so people stop having this horrible option to gift someone with.

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM iCARD GIFT CARD!!!!!! This company is terrible. Basically their service allows you to purchase specific brand gift cards with their iCard Gift Card. But...... the process is riddled with errors and delays. My experience... Was given an iCARD Gift Card as a present. I "redeemed" the gift card for a CB2 Gift Card. On 2/20/18 I was issued an email from iCARD with a download link. When you click the download link all I get is, "We are sorry for the temporary delay. There was an error downloading your gift card. Please try refreshing your screen. If that doesn’t work try your link again later. In some cases it can take up to 48 hours for your link to be activated. Thank you for your patience." ... The problem is it has been 6 DAYS and the download link still doesn't work. You call customer service and they say, "We don't have any inventory right now on this Gift Card." ... The gift card is DIGITAL!!! When they say they don't have inventory, it means they are holding your money and waiting to purchase the product you have ALREADY paid them for."
"My mom sent me an iCard gift card and it was a nightmare and customer service was horrible. The lady said I couldn't talk to anyone else because she just works from home and they couldn't help me. It must be a problem with my computers and phone so I couldn't receive the egift card. Now when I call they just ignore my calls completely. "
"I received a $50 card and decided to get one from Cracker Barrel. It appears cracker barrel doesn't allow you to use gift cards online so I contacted icard and they refused to either refund or give me a new card. This is crap! The card comes via email so why can't I use it online?! Total scam!"
"The service itself seems very cool...if I could ever get my gift card. I received my gift card link about a month ago and still have not been able to download the gift card. When I emailed customer service, someone from their St. Louis office told me that gift cards get reloaded at 2pm CST and that I should try again at that time. Two days have gone by since that email and it is still not working. When I reached back out to customer service, they simply responded "as previously stated, they reload at 2pm CST..."
Again, I said unfortunately, "I have tried multiple times over the last two days, including at 2pm CST and it is still not working. Is there nothing else I can try?" The response was rude and short, restating what was already told to me. A simple "Unfortunately, no, there is nothing else I can do about this restriction" would have been all I needed. I am really disappointed in my decision to move forward with this company and with the level of service I received. I never write reviews on anything but felt compelled to do so this time. Hopefully I'm the only one having a horrible experience with this company and this isn't the standard they have set for themselves across the board. I would not recommend."
"I received this Icard as a gift and planned to go out to eat with my husband. I requested a restaurant using the ecard choice soit would arrive by email. I have had these types of things before and was always able to print it out as soon as I received the email and was shocked to find out that not only can I not print it out, but will only get the gift card for the restaurant if it is in stock in 2 - 4 days. I don't understand why the wait."
"It took exactly 8 days from the time I redeemed the card online (i exchanged my survey points for a $25 iCard) to the time I actually got the email saying my gift card was ready. I thought I'd have a headache going through the entire process, having read all the reviews, but it's good they now send all gift card links and codes via email. I got my gift card code about 10 minutes ago, didn't have issues using it and now I'm just waiting for my B&N order which should be here in a couple of days! So happy with their service, thanks iCard!"
"I received a card for Christmas. I decided on a Starbucks ecard because I figured it would be sent out immediately. NOT the case. Ten days later they are still waiting for "Starbucks to send them the disk with the gift card codes on it." They are ordered in "real time". I'm sorry but I believe if they wanted to they could do it all via computer and get it from Starbucks in two days tops. But I have a feeling they wait for multiple orders to come in and probably buy the gift cards from discount merchants that buy them from people at 60% and then resale them. For a $75 card, they might have to wait awhile until they find a discount merchant with that much credit. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! It's more pain than its worth and your " gift" to someone will be a headache and lost time rather than a gift card. Ten days later and I'm still waiting for an E CARD!!! Stupid. Oh, and on a side note, since placing my redeem order google has stopped three suspicious logins on my email."
