"I ordered a canvas in a floating frame and the canvas was not attached to the frame when it arrived. I tried to attach the canvas myself but it would not stay centered in the frame. I contacted customer service and they immediately offered to replace my entire order. I just had to send a couple pictures of the box it came it and the canvas. The box really wasn’t damaged but that didn’t prevent them from sending me a new one. I loved my canvas. It looks better than the photos on line! Would definitely order from them again!! "
