"I've bought several pieces of art from iCanvas and the pricing is very competitive and the customer service is wonderful. UPS is their biggest offender often times destroying shipping boxes and the art arrives in an open box unfortunately and sometimes damaged. If there is any problem, you take a photo, email what occurred and they make it right whether it's a refund if you decide you don't like the piece or if it's damaged in shipping, they immediately ship out a new one and for your trouble they will ask that you donate the piece to charity depending upon the damage. "
