"Placed an order on the website for an Apple logic board, said two were in stock. Order placed no problem.

Received an email within 30 minutes from ****@**** with a form that I must sign to process the order that said "ORDER NUMBER: _______________, WILL BE FULFILLED BY APPLE SERVICE PART DEPARTMENT WITHIN 48-72HRS, AFTER WE RECEIVED YOUR RESPOND - THE ORDER IT CANNOT BE CANCELED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED, ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED."

In the next part they say "I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card or payment method and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card/payment method company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in the order an or this form."

So, basically they are saying that you purchase with credit card, you sign here and by doing so you cannot return your purchase for any reason even if defective, and moreso, you cannot dispute the charge with your credit card company even if we won't resolve the issue for you...because as it sates above, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once placed! The English on a form requiring a signature is also lacking....which is a sign itself.

Anyway, we exchanged a series of emails, person on the other end said they had been in business over 15 years and never had any issue. Highly doubtful! Any firm that has such a paper to sign has either had serious issues in the past or has a sinister motive. Any way, I did my research of this company and their web presence has almost zero history.

Order was cancelled and refund issued right away. I fully expect my credit card to start showing fraudulent charges within days.

I never got to the point where I would trust them to send me a product, so I can't vouch for what they are selling, but be careful with what you do with them. Hopefully my case is wrong and more reviews will prove mine wrong."
