"Was fairly easy to do by following the instructions. My only was using the suction device to remove the screen. This was by far the most time consuming step for me, even with the help of a hair dryer. Was smooth after that though! Everything works great!!"

"The everything arrived promptly and in good shape. I am a bit of a tool snob and the tools seem to be of very high quality. I will enjoy using them for future projects. I ordered a battery replacement kit with tools along with extra tools (did I say that I really like tools). The battery seems to be very high quality/OEM and fresh. The adhesive decals were precisely cut and I was able to apply them to the appropriate surfaces in the phone. Be sure to thoroughly clean all of the old adhesive off of all surfaces before you try to fit the new adhesive gaskets/decals and be sure to dry run all assembly procedures before applying the adhesive decals because once they are in place assembly is much more complicated. Also, make sure that the orientation of all the adhesive decals is absolutely correct and you know that all of the wide and narrow parts of the decal line up with all of the correct surfaces before peeling off the backing. All things considered, even as a complete noob (with some general skills) I feel that I was able to do a very high quality job and feel confident that my phone should be about as water tight as it originally was before this surgery. The instructionals on the IFixit site were high quality, but I also viewed several "UToob" vids made by several repair techs for different tips."
