"I was never able to view the tracking number so I didn't know when my mirror was going to arrive. I live in a gated community, which makes it difficult to receive packages unless I know in advance. While i received the product, the mirror is in several pieces.
I called customer service and got a damage claim. I need to send them a picture of the broken pieces and they said they will replace it. In the meantime, I have decided to go to a local mirror place and have them cut me a new piece to go in the frame (which arrived in fine shape)."
