"They sent me the wrong item. I ordered a car charger for a Lotus phone and received a car charger for a Motorola phone. You can't call them so I emailed them. They told me they would ship me the correct item but I needed to return the wrong item and pay to ship it back. I'd pay more to ship it back than I paid for it -- it cost 8.50 so I couldn't justify it. So I'm stuck with a charger I never ordered, can't use and can't get my 8.50 back unless I pay 4.50 to ship the stupid thing back. How dumb is that? My advice: DON'T DEAL WITH IGONEMOBILE. They are notorius for sending the wrong item and their return policies stink."

"I ordered from GigaBargain through Amazon, but my dealing was directly with GigaBargain. I made a mistake. I ordered a photo filter which was really smaller than I can use on the lens I plan to buy. I didn't discover it until the next day after placing the order. OOPS. The order no longer showed at Amazon as something I could cancel, so I called GigaBargain directly. Immediate contact with real person who very courteously canceled the order, no question asked, no problem. I don't get this kind of service from an in-person store!"

"I placed an order for a phone battery from this company two and a half weeks ago. I specifically requested and paid for UPS 3-day service because my address cannot accept USPS. Well they shipped it USPS anyway (despite charging me almost $10 for UPS 3-day!) and now two and a half weeks later I am left unable to use my phone.

The customer support has been terrible. They have no phone number, and take two to three business days to respond to emails. They don't even seem to read the messages I send them as their responses seem like simple cut and paste replies and do not address the issue at all.

I recommend anyone stay well away from igonemobile. The complete lack of customer service means that you will be left helpless should you need any sort of support for your order. If you had to cancel or change your order last minute it would not be possible as there is no way to call them."
