Got an ihoverboard for my son for Christmas - it worked for less than one day! It took IHoverboard weeks to finally admit theres a known motherboard fault and they’ve been messing me about ever since. First said I’d have to open it and got a new motherboard myself, then said id have to pay another £20 for a replacement unit, now they’re offering to refund if I pay to return the faulty model. Avoid at all costs, this company does not uphold UK legislation, I’ve had to submit a dispute to my credit card company…"
