"I ordered a 3 button remote/key for a 2011 Dodge Ram 2500, but received what appears to be a used Dodge Minivan key complete with sliding door diagrams on the key. It is the same shape so I thought it could be programmed but the dealer tried and said it won't work. Submitted an email today so the jury is out on what will happen, but I am disappointed with the initial order. Upon resolution I'll submit a new review. Next day: received two emails from Jeremy the product manager who seemed intent on my satisfaction. Spoke with a customer rep who said a brand new Ram Key will be sent out on Monday the 10th. I expressed my concern that the 30 day warranty would be impacted by the new shipping time. I was assured that the 30 day window would slide due to the new delivery. So far, so good. I appreciated the diligence on their part for customer service but am mostly concerned with the quality of the product. More to follow... Received new 3 button controller that said dodge, not RAM, but it worked fine. Dealer programmed and I sent the old one back in the envelope provided by ikeyless. All is well that ends well."

I bought a flip key that was supposed to have the transponder chip in it, and I didn't realize it until I'd already paid to try to have it programmed. I contacted them about it, and instead of doing a partial refund or something to cut the cost on my end for their mistake, all I got was the chip. "
