No responsibility at all!

"At first they have delayed sending my order for a MONTH! Without any explanations or any responses from their tech support. Once my resin finally arrived it turned out that they have sent a wrong one!"

Don't buy from imakr USA

"imakr US is not reliable store , I did not receive the purchased items, and I did not receive a refund. I sent more than 7 emails, I did not receive reply on most of the emails, and the replies that I receive on some of them did solve any problem. As imaker UK is the main office, as far as I know, I called imakr UK office many times and they were not helpful and did not support me,'
my advice is not to buy from imakr US

False advertising

"I ordered and paid for a Startt bundle on 28 April 2018 with a delivery of 4-8 weeks.
It is now 2 July 2018. Despite attempting to contact them via email and their so called online chat line which doesn't work, no response.
My opinion - DONT DEAL WITH THEM

So far, not happy

"ordered on Nov 4, money was taken out of my acct on that date, paid for 2-3 day shipping and it is now Dec 1st and still nothing, emailed and was told I would recieve it by end of Nov......nope, I explained that I paid for 2-3 day shipping and would they be reimbursing me for the extra money I paid, they said can't compensate me for shipping but they would compensate me with a free roll of filament...............still waiting, good thing I ordered early for xmas.......i did recieve my product before christmas, no free spool of filament as promised, i emailed them and got no response, the product is fine, parts all there, but will NEVER deal with this company again"

Worst experience ever

"I've ordered a 3D printer and materials 1700 € value (not including taxes) more than one month ago. They are not answering messages or e-mails. I called them and they promised to send me a few spools of material because they didn't have stock although their website said something else.
Of course they did not send anything.
They are incompetent and misleading.
I used to buy printers from them a few years ago and they used to be very helpful and nice. But the service has highly degraded. Not recommended.

Very poor customer service

"Extremely disappointed with iMakr continuously delaying my order and never updating me until I call them up and then they say there will be another delay with no explanation! I'm looking at nearly 2 months delay now for a very popular printer which is in stock at the EU distributor!!! "

This company totally screwed me.

"I ordered over $1000 in printers that should have arrived weeks ago. I still do not have them and I can't get a hold of anyone in this company. Emails go unanswered and when I call (both the New York and London offices) there is no answer and the voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. DO NOT order from this company. They will take your money and run. "

False promises and terrible customer service

"This has to be the worse company we have ever dealt with. I should have listened and believed the bad reviews. They promised I could return the item if it did not preform as it was expected....in actual fact Imakr were prepared to charge us for the time we had the item which was about 18 days. The item did not perform as they suggested but we had been told it would do things that it couldn't, we suspect they told us this so they could get the sale. When we placed the order the item was not in stock despite having told us that it was...this company are dreadful. They care little for the customer. Be warned...once they have your money you can almost forget any customer service and don't believe a word when they tell you the item is in stock....it wont be and you will wait weeks if not months for the item to arrive....be careful about their returns policy too...they don't like returns - they think the customer might use the item for a week or two and then return it - that will be their argument.."you had it for a few days, long enough to make use of it and now you want your money back, so tough luck customer - we are going to charge you hundreds of pounds for the time you had the item...but hey return it to us, and if it is still in its box and working we shall refund any money left to you". I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let's just say "Never again"! I am not blaming their hardworking staff - the management are the reason for this companies bad reputation. "

Shockingly incompetent

"Despite being assured the 3D printer I wanted to buy was "in stock"; after i paid my cash - the printer wasn't shipped for another month!
After this month, the printer at last arrives, and I waited another month for them to ship an order of print materials. Stock control, nil. Unreliable is an understatement.
Avoid at all costs.

Incompetent and misleading

"Worst customer experience possible. This was a combination of imakr.com and imakr.eu. Took months to fulfill the order. From placing an invoice, to trying to make payment (which they didn't tell me about certain taxes). Then just didn't process the order. Eventually the 3D printers were shipped in stages, with very little info given about the status. That then took months to process. Emailed them 4 times to even get an invoice. Final 3D printer shipment came with their company financial documents accidentally packaged in. Obviously when I tell them about this they are quick to reply..."

"I already request to cancel my order on 24th Mar because the seller told me that I can't get my items by Friday. (The order is not shipped on that time)

But then the seller said that I can get my items by Friday (27th Mar) if I can pay extra fee.
So I paid $261.5 + $40 = $301.5 totally for shipping.

The problem is that the packages are not arrived until 6th April, this cause a lot of loss for me.
Why I choose iMakr? Because the seller said that I can get my printer by Friday.
Otherwise I already cancelled my order, and then I can choose other re-sellers such as dynamism and makerbot, their price is cheaper than iMakr, and they all provide free shipping.

What's more, the seller just tell me that I can get my items by Friday, but hasn't mention any potential risk.

The seller break the contract and cause loss for me, but they refused to cancel the order and refund my money back.

Now I already conceded to keep the packages and want to iMakr refund all shipping fee (In fact my loss is much more than this).
But they disagree on this, so I have to open a dispute via Paypal.
Waiting the result now.
