"Absolutely awful company. The wait time to get someone on their customer service line is 10+ minutes long. They take forever to ship their products. After 17 days I finally was able to get a hold of someone, they were extremely polite about everything. "
"They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I waited over 2 months to get my product. When it never arrived , I called and they said they didn't have it in stock. I requested my money back and 4 months later I still don't have my refund.

"Worst experience ever...
I ordered a present December 16th, it did not ship until January 8th, despite the fact that it says 1-2 day shipping. I contacted the store and they said an email was sent saying it was out of stock, which I never received. After many other emails and trying to contact, I received no response. I want my money back, but once again, no one responds to me. The worst possible experience. No professionalism, terrible "customer service"(if you can even call it that). AND they review white you write as feedback to see whether or not they want it posted. They don't post negative feedback, only positive. AWFUL PEOPLE!"
