"There are no humans at iMed.com unless you are placing an order. The phone number listed takes you through several choices, then the automated system tells you to go to the website and put in a trouble ticket. When you do that, the trouble ticket automatically shows "answered" 24 hours later. No one ever calls or e-mails back. If you have any issues with your order, you will not get them resolved with this company. The product I received was not what I ordered, and after reading reviews of what happens when you ship it back, I think I will just keep the wrong product. Maybe I can sell it on ebay."

"I order a Mason AS 5000 Pump from iMed for my brother on 12/14/2010. He paralyzed from the neck down. Without the pump, the bed is flat, and he has to sleep on the floor. iMed send me a confirmation the next day. Then the waiting started. I waited 4 days later, and check to see if the order is ship. The order is still in "Warehouse Process". I try to contact iMed by phone. There is NO HUMAN answering the phone. The answering system tell me to try by email and hang up.

So, I wrote them an email asking about the order. What I got is an Automatic responding email to tell me to check out their entire customer service website.

So, I waited another 3 days, and checked the order again. It still had not shipped. I sent them an email explain to them that my paralyze brother still sleeping on the floor. What I got again is another Automatic Email Response.

I was waiting, hoping and praying again. Finally, after 9 days, I still don't see anything. I got on iMed try to cancel the order because the order had not been shipped. I could not talk or email to a single human being at iMed. Their website won't let me cancel the order because it is in "Warehouse Process". So, I was totally screwed because I could not cancel the order go buy the pump from other website.

Finally after 14 days, today 12/28/10, I see a tiny package on my front door from iMed. I opened the package and they sent me a MATTRESS COVER. Unbelievable, I order a pump, and they sent me a Mattress Cover, and charge me the price of the pump.

What can I do now since there is not a single HUMAN BEING at iMed that I can talk to or email to?

I took pictures of the Mattress Cover along with Packing Slip and The Envelope. If anyone needs to see the pictures, feel free to email me.

Now it will cost me money to send this Mattress Cover back to iMed where there will be no HUMAN BEING around. Maybe, they have a machine that accept the mail there too.

It has been my worst nightmare doing business with iMed. If you like to do business with MACHINE, iMed is the right one for you. Otherwise, don't do business with the iMed MACHINE.

Today 3/30/11, I have tried to dispute the purchase including through my credit card company, and the result so far is nothing. iMed should change their name to iRobber.

"i have purchased from this company before. the products are good quality. order#2514362 was not satisfactory because i did not make this order, it was a automatic shipment which i didnt sign up for. i called customer service and was told i couldnt cancel it but that when i received it to refuse delivery. i did that and no refund as of today.. hopefully this will be resolved. overall good company.."

"Buy elsewhere. I ordered in stock items which were not really in stock. Charged card immediately not when shipped. Promised delivery but was lied to, then I could not cancel order even though there is NO ship date anywhere in the future, not a month, not a year, but whenever. Then they sent partial shipments. Very long phone waits, no responses to numerous emails, they also did not respond to two NYS Consumer Affairs letters to them. (I also deputed the charges with my credit card company but inadvertently allowed $28 of unreceived items to go through) Finally I get all but about $28 worth of items, they on the phone admit they will NEVER get them and will issue me a credit ONLY after this last call not when they knew which was a very long time before. Got email that I was issued a credit - yeh right, I never got it. Emailed them twice and no response to date. I had problems every step of the way for months on end. They do not know what truth is, or good customer service is, and apparently don't care as they have not responded to the attempts the NYS Consumer Affairs made to resolve the problem. I have been lucky, they are the only online losers I have encountered as I am very careful from whom I buy. I took a chance with these guys and lost. I could have lost more, but I got shipments little buy little (but never any email) and only ended up with losing about $28, a lesson learned, and that is check resellerratings and don't be in a rush. Check with NYS Consumer Affairs if you need more verification on what I have said here. This is actually a very short version of my experience with them. If they happen to notice this review and provide some response, all I have to say them is refund me the money you owe me, don't call, don't email. "
