"Shipping was a little expensive (compared to the cost of my order), but very quick. My order arrived in 2 shipments, which was fine, and I appreciated that the reason for the delay was included on the packing slip in the first package. Just a day or two later, the second package arrived.
I had some difficulty navigating the site, and I would have liked more options to filter through and find the products I was looking for. Other than that, I was very pleased. Much cheaper than buying syringes/needles through my pharmacy!

My order still says "pending payment authorization". I emailed and got no response. I called and could not even leave a message. "Please read what other have written before - this is absolutely true! imed.com does not answer emails or phone calls, and I've literally tried 20+ times (thinking it may have been a time zone difference).
My story, in short: ordered a product a full 6+ weeks before it was delivered. Never got an invoice. Never got a tracking number. Tried to contact them prior (at about the 4th, maybe 5th week, stating it was no longer necessary simply because it had taken SO LONG to ship the product it was no longer needed (a wrap for bruised ribs)).
No working phone number. No emails replied to. Nothing. You will eventually get whatever you order, around 3 months later.
This part is gibberish but for search engine bots (and hopefully to help others): imed, imed.com, scam, rip off, ripoff, horrible, horrible customer service, customer service, joke, fraud, online fraud, fraud artists, fraud artist, scam site, scam website, legit, legitimate, is it legit, imed=legit, imed.com=legit, worst medical, medical supplies, worst medical supplies seller, online medical, online supplies)
