"Ordered two cell phone holsters. Charged my credit card and NEVER shipped order! Called customer service voice mail box is always FULL, on-line live help is always OFF-line! If you email them you will get NO RESPONSE! It's very sad in this economy that these scammers have to make a living this way off hard working people. I have ordered many products off the internet and this is the first time I have gotten RIPPED OFF! What worries me most is they have credit card info now, they have been reported to BBB as I see several others have done. What comes around goes around hope they will gets what they deserve!"
"I ordered a cell phone case on 5/13/09. Received an email that day stating the item had been shipped with a tracking number. I still have not received the item and when I track it through USPS it states no further information is available for this item. I sent email on 6/1/09 and have not received a response. The live help is always off line and I get no answer when calling the number listed on the site. I've been duped."
"I ordered a cell case 3 weeks ago with Inaisle.com. I didn't receive shipping confirmation until I emailed them a few times. Finally, they said the order had shipped and provided me with a tracking number. For weeks now, the tracking information simply states that the shipping info was received but the product had not been actually shipped yet. I have attempted to contact Inaisle SEVERAL times and have received no response. The phone number listed on the website is invalid and no one ever responds to the emails. Furthermore, Inaisle has already charged me for the product. I am extremely frustrated and feel like this company is a scam."
"Took 4 weeks to get product; tracking gave no status. The product did not work when it arrived. The process for returning a product was to contact customer service, but no phone number is provided. The only way to contact store was through their Contact form. My initial Contact "Ticket" received no response; the second ticket was replied to with questions about my reason for returning the item. I answered their questions, but am still waiting on a return authorization. Once I found the return policy (which is listed on the inaisle site but not on the gadgets place site from which I ordered the product), it indicated that I will be responsible for the return shipping charges regardless of the defect. Furthermore, they have the right to return the product back to me at my expense if they deem it is defect free! Needless to say I am SOL; hopefully this review will save you some frustration; whatever it is, purchase it elsewhere!

"This must be a scam. www.gadgetspl.com. No contact info. whatsoever. Tried contacting their web host Volusions, they won't give me any info. They won't respond to emails. I have not received the battery I ordered. I will be more careful in the future. I have turned them into the BBB. I hope they get investigated. "
"This is ridiculous!! I ordered a phone charger on Oct 28th. It is now Nov 25th and still nothing. I sent them numerous emails as that is the only way to contact them and still have not had any response whatsoever to the delay. Do not buy from this website. Its not possible for a company to be worse than this one. I am off now to report them to the BBB. Maybe that will get me a phone charger that I paid for. What a horricle company!!!"
"Fake/Fraudulent business, DO NOT ORDER FROM. Placed order on 9/22/08, for a cell phone battery, recieved e-mail saying my order has been updated to shipped status on 9/30/08 although the item had not been shipped. It is now 10/30/08 and the tracking number still says only that USPS has recieved electronic information saying the that InAisle plans to ship an item although item not received by USPS for shipping. I have used their website contact and e-mail to cancell the order but no reply. I have upped my PayPal inquirey to "Claim" status, no reply. I am getting ready to call American Express and dispute the charge, I thought I would try normal chanels before calling credit card company, but those so far have proved to be fruitless. "

Ordered 10-08-2008. Not received as of 10-23-2008! No Email update as to order status. Will not respond to enquiries even after numerous attempts. Be warned... Do not buy from this company they are ripoffs. You might as well just toss your money out the window. I will give them till the end of the week then I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, The Bureau Of Consumer Affairs, and The Rip Off Report. Will see if they respond to there Email then!
Update: After turning them in, they are slobbering all over themselves to make me happy. They even sent me an Email saying what a pleasure it was to serve me. What a joke. I hope they get busted for fraud and shut down! They can take the charger and stick it you know where. My CC Company is going to issue me a credit.

"I placed an order for an iPhone cover on 8/5/08. As of 8/13 I finally used their "live online help", which is NEVER online. The next morning I received notification that the box had shipped via USPS, but as of today, 8/22/08, no box has shown up, and I can't get them to answer my e-mails and there is no other way to contact them on their site gadgetspl.com. Don't buy from these people! "
"Don't bother buying anything from this place. I ordered a cellphone adapter on 6/3/08 and as of this review I still have yet to receive it. I gave the seller plenty of time to ship the item and did not even send an e-mail or call until 6/18/08!! As with the previous reviewer, No replies to e-mails, phone goes to an unnamed voicemail box, and on site help is a joke at best. If this seller got good reviews on e-bay, it's more than likely feedback pumping (which is common and AGAINST e-bay rules). "
"I placed an order for a battery for my blackberry, they charged me for the item, they "notified" USPS of an impending shipment, but they didn't actually ship it until eight days later. After a week went by and there was no progress on the shipment, I went back to the web site to contact them and the only way to contact them was via email. I sent two separate emails requesting that either they ship the item or refund me my money. I never heard anything. I found the phone number from my billing statement and called it, but it just went to an automated mailbox which made no mention of the company "inAisle". Finally I gave up and ordered the battery from another company. A few days later, the item arrived. Since it was only a battery, it wasn't worth a big fuss. Still, their operations needs a little bit of work. They seem to be rated fairly well on eBay, but maybe they just haven't gotten their act their together as an eTailer."
