Once I did get it, I found out that the vertical grip out of the vertical grip/tri-pod combo I ordered was missing, and the o-ring on the tri-pod was damaged and falling apart. I sent a quick email to ****@**** that night (11pm on 09Jan2012)and got a response by 7am on 11Jan2012, letting me know a new one was on the way. By noon on 12Jan2012 I had a new bi-pod and the vertical grip I was missing. Although the mishap, I'd like to think it was a one-time error and would try them again in the future."

"Overall good service. Ordered Glock Tack Light W/Laser and received it in under a week. Only complaint I have is that at the very end of the order process they tacked on an extra $10 for "Shipping Carrier Insurance Fee". They shipped it FedEx which does not sell insurance on their packages and if they did I'd guess that $10 is pretty steep. I'm assuming they just kept the extra $10 but overall it was still a good price so I'm not too upset about it."
