"Horrible Customer service, the site support first off when I messaged them about the coupon code that I just received stating it stated that the code expired. They message me back telling me that it is working fine. Then I prove to them with a screenshot that it is stating that, then they state although I took a screenshot from the companies site that showed the coupon code as well that I was entering the wrong code apparently. After I proved to them with yet again another screenshot they try to tell me I was trying to enter it on the .com not the .ca website, which is a laugh as I was on the .ca website when I placed the order afterwards anyways with out the code.

During this time I asked 3 times to get a managers email or be directed to a manager, yet the customer service rep Mike s. avoided that and kept feeding me the same crap. So I gave up and ordered without that code.

Horrible experience and no matter what I tried I was basically called a liar, then told I was placing in the wrong code, then told I was on the wrong site to use that code on. Yet the whole time I even took the screenshot from the same site I was trying to make the purchase.

Right now I still hold all the emails and all the screenshots as this is unacceptable. I've purchased from this company now 3 times and after the way I was just treated I really don't know if I will ever order again. On top of that I have told at least 20 people to purchase at inetvideo and I'm very much feeling like telling them and everyone else about the horrible service or lack there of that inetvideo gives. "
