"I ordered four new items on July 6th. Pay Pal charged ny credit card on July 6th. On July 7th I received an e-mail confirmation of my order sent at 7:37 AM. It is now 8:32 PM on July 16th and I have received no further communication from inetvideo. Since I live in Illinois, even snail mail takes less than a week to reach me from the east coast. Since I work 8 to 5 and the store hours are 10 to 4 EDT I can not call to find out where my order is. Live chat is non-existant. If and when I receive this order it will be my last. This order was received on 7/19. Noted on the USPS tracking was that the package was not shipped until 7/13, a week after it was ordered, at Cincinnati, OH. Since iNetVideo selects the shipping method and their hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM CDT 5 days a week, making communication with them impossible, I still feel that this service is substandard when compared with other online retailers."
