"I have bought from this website a laptop with extended guaranty in which I payed. I was sent a cheaper one by 20 USD. The guaranty is not valid because I was never sent the code to register the pc. And also the arrival of the item was late by 6 days. Is good to mention that the item was bought for a gift and was never given the right day.
I did complain about all the above and someone answered back a day later saying that she will look in to it and now one and a half month later nothing was done about it at least for the guaranty in which I bought.
