Not only did they have the correct unit to get an iPod working in my Dodge Charger seamlessly integrated with the stock head unit, they went one step further and provided a simple guide with alternate wiring so I could have all of my car's features still work including the multi-disc CD changer, steering wheels controls, NAV system, Sirius SAT radio and rear seat VES movie DVD. Nobody else even the interface manufacturer has a solution so complete. They shipped my unit quickly and responded right away to my emailed questions to help me get it installed (especially nice when the info was already in the instructions they provided).

But for me the real test of an on-line retailer comes when something unexpected happens. Do they disappear or step up to the plate. iPodCarPros exceeded my expectations. Somehow my interface unit went bad, not once but twice, and they got back to me right away both times, cared about my problem and worked hard thru the manufacturer on my behalf to get it taken care of. This was especially outstanding because by the time I got around to looking into the 2nd issue I was past the 1 year purchase time—and out of warranty. For what they probably made on my unit in markup, they truly went above and beyond just to make sure I was a happy customer (instead of the usual 'too bad, so sad'). Needless to say, the next car(s) I buy will have any accessories and upgrades shopped from these guys—even if it's a few dollars more. Internet shopping is great until there's a problem then you find out who the really cares about doing business right. Thanks again!!"

"I purchased the PA15-HON2 Ipod adapter for my 06 Honda Accord. Simple install, works as advertised.

Before sales communication was good but what was surprising was the after sales communication. This is probably the only company I have ever dealt with over the internet that actually emailed me to see if I was happy with the product. They addressed a user concern to my satisfaction. and then followed up on that. I am still in shock.
