"Ordered a replacement Kindle battery. The battery arrived very quickly and looked to be in good condition. It was packaged well and the tracking numbers and instructions were all more then satisfactory. Ordering and payment was no problem as well through Google Checkout though shipping was a little high considering how the item was sent.

There were some significant problems however. The site claimed that the Kindle battery was larger then the original this is NOT the case as both list the exact same amount of MAH directly on the old and new battery meaning they flat out lied on their product page. Also the instructional video that I was forwarded to watch, which while very instructional and showcasing every step nicely, was also obviously doctored/cut as the unit had to reboot after the battery was pulled before turning on normally. This was not shown or mentioned in the video nor did it happen immediately in fact the device did not respond at all until about 5 minutes had passed. I almost thought something was wrong with the battery and was about to start taking it apart when the screen changed to a low battery warning. Everything seems to be working OK now but I'd be cautious to trusting any claims made on the website as obviously they exaggerate some facets of their products.

All in all a mostly positive transaction but I wouldn't necessarily purchase from them again."

"I ordered a battery for my Zen Vision M and paid for express delivery. The battery was shipped within a couple days and got to me by the end of the week as promised. They sent me an email a couple days after I received the battery on how to change the battery. The email had a link to Google Video that played an instructional video about how to change the battery. With the help of the video I was easily able to replace the battery. It would have been nice to get the email with the video sooner, but everything worked out well. It was the only place I found that would not only supply me with the battery, but also with the tools to change the battery as well. I would definitely recommend them for mp3 batteries. "

"It's been nearly 11 months and I still have not received the battery I ordered from them. When I log into my account, it says its on back order. About 5 months ago, I asked for a refund but I get no response. I called the number they provide on their site hoping for someone to resolve this but this is a SALES only number and they say they can't help - I have to email for customer service. When you do this, you get no response - at least this has been my experience - and other reviews I have read now say the same thing. As a note, before ordering from them, I had read all the positive reviews and why I decided to go with them but my experience has been less than stellar. i'M Not thinking I'll ever get a refund or my battery from them. My advice to you - Buyer beware - and if you do decide to order, please get the name of who you order from and check to make sure they have it in stock otherwise - Good luck!

"I was a little hesitant to order from this store because of the lack of reviews on resellerratings, but they seem to have been in business for a while, so I took the plunge. No problem at all. I ordered a replacement battery for my old GPS unit. It was shipped fast, and arrived as promised with a small set of tools (without which replacing the battery would have been difficult to say the least). Their prices seem to compare very favorably to other sellers, and the batteries seem to be of good quality - specs wise at least. We'll see if it lasts, but in the meantime I saved hundreds of dollars by not having to replace my GPS."
