"In short, I paid up front ($189.95 USD) for an "iPhone 5S Blue Screen, Boot Loop & Restore Error 14 or Error 9 Repair Service" on the 9th November 2014, sent the faulty phone to them, and after some initial communication that I initiated, I now find myself being ignored by iRepairNational, who still have my phone and my money...

"I have used iRepairNational twice. The first time was easily a five-star experience, but my most recent experience wasn't nearly as good.

With my first screen repair, we sent in an iPad and received it back in a matter of days. The turnaround time was phenomenal and the service was great. The second time, it took well over a month for the screen replacement. After a couple of weeks I began wondering and tried contacting them for an update. After several attempts to contact them via e-mail or the website over a 10-day period, I finally received an e-mail telling me that my order had shipped. I never received anything directly in response to my inquiries or explaining the huge delay. I'm happy with the quality of their work, but the customer service experience this most recent time left something to be desired.

"Ordered replacement screen AND the removal tool on 1/18/13. package arrived fairly quickly....MISSING THE TOOL!!!??? I called the next day and was told that the tool would be sent ut priority, a total of two telephone calls (one of which never got returned), and three e-mails asking for them to fulfill my order and provide a tracking number. Finally gave up and filed a claim with "pay-pal" Almost one month later and this issue is resolved. Unfortunately they tried saying that they sent out the tool twice....ummm dont think so. My advice?? Be careful and USE "PAY-PAL"!!!!! The only guarantee that you can bank on is using "pay-pal". "

"I was very pleased with the ease of shipping and receiving as well as the process to place an order. IPAD was returned very quickly which was great, however about 6 months later it started cracking without being dropped and now I'm about to send it back to you guys again. I wish there was some kind of discount for this second time since I feel like maybe it is a flaw in the replacement glass/screen you put on the first time.

"Initially, customer service was helpful until there was a problem. We received the repaired iPOD about 3 weeks ago and there were issues from the outset. I have emailed and called iRepair a total of 4 times, however, no return response has been received as yet. The website indicates a 1 year satisfaction guarantee but if they won't work with us to resolve the issues, the guarantee is an empty promise. The new screen cracked without impact of any kind--the replacement screen is either defective or low quality. Additionally, the on off button hasn't worked properly since its return to us. $110 later (a lot of money for a teenager to spend!) we are very dissatisfied and unfortunately cannot recommend this vendor. We would like a refund. Please help!"
