"Sent in my iPod after I had tried to repair it myself. The with it worked fine, so iRepair used the screen. They originally charged me full price, but after I asked for a refund, they gave me $25 back no questions asked. The screen isn't firmly in place, but I think that may have to do with my prior attempts at repair. Happy with the service I recieved. I was a little upset that they had charged full price despite using the screen I sent with it, but the refund more than appeased me."
