"It was the worst experience ordering from ishopping.pk. I ordered an iphone 6 on monday with the promise of it being dekivered on wednesday but on wednesday evening i got a call from ishopping.pk informing me on the day my phone was about to be delivered that prices have increased so they can't offer me the warranty they committed when they booked my order. I refused to accept this because I booked my order on monday and price fluctuation was not my problem and so did i asked them too that if the prices would have gone down instead would they have given me a refund? No obviously. I was shocked how they could just back out. I called quite a few times and next thursday i was promised by their customer care manager that I will get the phone tomorrow, but next day after waiting for the delivery, I called and was told that 'maybe' next tuesday they will get their consignment and then they will deliver it. Frustrated by their first backing out of a deal and then delaying it purposely, I cancelled the order deciding never to order again from ishopping.pk"
