"I ordered on Aug 09th and got product on Aug 19th. The Moto g box was already opened. I tried to turn on the phone but its battery was dead. Charger was also in teared wrapper. I suspected that they sold me used product, returned to them due to fault. I asked them and they said Customs opened boxes to check mobiles.
How ever they could not answer the question of dead battery of phone and charger in teared wrapper.

Phone gets very hot specially when using internet or GPS and battery drains very quickly. May be this is the reason that its battery was dead when I got it."
