"The website is well designed and has a very good selection of goods that are not available elsewhere. The prices are also reasonable. Customer service on the phone is very good and efficient. But i did not have a very good experience with the customer service chat online on their website. It is a good idea that they have it, it also works and a customer service agent comes online promptly but there is no follow up. i spoke to the online agent three times. i was interested in this particular logitech wireless mouse and keyboard combo which was showing a higher price on ishopping website compared to another competing website. I told the agent i as interested but that the price is high. he asked me to give him my contact details and he will get back to me. i gave my mobile number and email address 3 times over a weeks time but no one got back to me. then i finally called the customer service number and spoke to umair. he understood my query, called me back within 15 min with an alternate model. i placed the order and that was done. i got an email of order confirmation soon after. the product was supposed to be delivered the next day but they were not able to but at least someone called me and said they will deliver the day after. one day delay was not such a big issue as long as i was informed and i have no complaints in that regard. the only reason i gave customer service a 3 star was because of the lack of follow up from the online chat agent, otherwise happy with the ishopping shopping experience overall.
