"I purchased an iSkin Evo4 and Doc Extender for my iPod 160GB. The skin was a little costly, but the quality and protection is worth the price in my opinion. Very nice products here! My complaint would be the shipping process... I placed the order on Monday October 29, 2007 and it didn't ship until the following Monday. I finally received the order Friday, November 9, 2007 (almost 2 weeks after I ordered) I'll definitely purchase their skins in the future but I'll probably purchase from a reseller that will ship a little faster."
"The Item arrived in great condition and the shipping was fast. I paid extra for the 24-48 hour shipping over the standard shipping. However, I cannot recommend buying from their web site. I learned the hard way that they do NOT offer secure transactions with SSL encryption. My credit card number was compromised by their lack of security. A few days after I received my ipod case I received a wonderful phone call from my Bank inquiring about suspicious charges. Sure enough somebody had spend $650+ on a german t-mobile site using my credit card number. I was a victim of fraud, part of it is my fault, but some of the blame is their web site. I cannot advise anybody to purchase from this site until they fix the security hole in their checkout system."
"Great transaction. Ordered my iSkin Evo3 with headphones on Thursday. Order was shipped Friday, I received it on Monday. I don't understand the previous negative reviews, though they do all seem to have order close to Christmas and the holiday season, so maybe that was their problem. My experience was great."
"i placed my order in december. didnt hear anything regarding my order until i emailed them in january. they said it had shipped but they were referring to a previous order. i inquired again with no response. i filed a claim through ebay and recieved a refund with a statement that they had lost my oder due to a system error. if they had lost it, they should have said so in the beginning.
i placed the same order again and didnt hear anything from them for 2 weeks. i emailed them and they said i chose the wrong shipping type, which i didnt since my invoice showed the same total price as the previously "lost" order. they said it would take a few days to change the shipping type. a few days later they changed the shipping only for me to realize that they were missing two of the 5 items i had ordered. after several emails and several days, they fixed the order and shipped it. i received my order on february 1."
"Order was placed 12/19 for a Duo package the company was offering; the Evo3 iSkin and the Cerulean XLR Earphones. The order was approved and the funds, including the expidited shipping fee, were taken from my bank. I received the earphones only. After numerous attempts to contact someone I finally received an email from them sayinf that they would resend and I would get a confirmation that I was shipped, which still has not come. There website no longer shows any reference to my order and they do not respond to any emails I have sent. The last telephone attempt had me on hold for over 45 minutes. Needless to say my only experience with iSkin has been disappointing."
"Zero customer service. I ordered an item on the 8th, and was charged immediately. After recieving two different emails with bogus "UPS tracking info", I realized it never was shipped. Over the course of four weeks, I emailed four times and never heard anything. This place is a rip off. Avoid at all costs."
"I ordered 2 items from this company. The iSkin eVo2 for 20 GB iPod and the Shades 5 Pack- 5 Color-tinted Screen Protectors. We received the eVo2 cover but the Shades 5 Pack was missing. I wrote to the company and they said they would send a confirmation email when it was being resent. Well it has now been almost a month since ordering it and after multiple email attempts to resolve this with customer service I still haven't received the item."
"I am dissatisfied with the time it has taken for my evo3 ipod Video case to be shipped. It still hasn't shipped, by the way. The website says allow 2 - 3 business days for orders to be processed. I ordered my case 12/9/2005, it is now 12/20/2005. Unacceptable. I will not recommend Iskin to friends or family. It wouldn't have been such an issue if they had stated on their site that order processing would take longer or even if the site had been updated later to say that order processing would take 7 - 14 days. But it hasn't; it still says 2 - 3 business days. I hope they revise their order processing methods and customer service for future customers, a group of which I will not be a part."
"Do not order from this store if you need the product right away. They immediately charged my credit card. My order status shows "In queue to ship" for 1 week. Now for 2 days it shows "Ready to ship". I think their online order/tracking system was created back in 1991. My emails have gone un-answered and their is not a working phone number listed on their web site."
"I ordered their new eVo3 for my video iPod on Fri., Dec. 9 and recieved a confirmation email assuring me it would be shipped the following Monday. When the status of the product had not changed, I checked on the website and it said due to a high volume of requests, processing would take 2-3 days. Okay, so I waited 2-3 days. Still nothing. As of today it has been eight days since I placed my order and the order hasn't even shipped. And I paid for 3-6 day shipping! I have emailed them with my concerns about my order and have recieved no reply.I have ordered from iSkin Inc. in the past without any problems, but this is the first time I've been seriously bothered with them."
