"So I bought a dvd drive or so I thought from them. One month goes by and it never comes. Guess what? The seller doesn't even give you a contact info nor invoice for your email. So I was never able to contact them afterwards. I had no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. I get a letter about two weeks later from this person/ or this fake company that I attempted to steal from the merchant. And guess what he bills me? A HP fan! I bought a darn dvd drive! He got my order wrong period! He also tried to get more money from me. What kind of a person does this? Not even Ebay or Amazon does this. I had to file a local police report on this company. Its a scam! Don't ever buy from this person, as soon as you see this site, scram! Once again, I bought a dvd drive. How do you get that wrong! He bills me once again for an HP fan? Huh? And guess what? On his so called legal letter, he threatens you the whole time. Where is the whole, contact us or if you think "we" made a mistake, contact us. Still there is not contact info except for their so called address that someone has pointed out to be a health coalition company, which is true when you do your research. That is totally fraudulent on their part. If you also notice, he/the company always uses the whole contract clause they argue on other sites that it ships 4-6 weeks. OK but what about communication? When you don't communicate, there is a reason to distrust. There is no way to communicate with this company after you hit purchase. Not only that but look at the overwhelmingly negative reviews every site about this company. You either get a defective product, wrong product or no product after waiting what appears to be a millennium. And this company refuses to fix any of that instead they decide to serve you letters to threaten and defame you. This company then has the audacity to call people crooks and tries to even extort more money. Sounds to me you are the real thief here. Once again, you get no contact info nor confirmation of any sort and yet you do the right thing by telling the credit card company and this isoresolutions retail get angry and insulting, finally emerging from the shadows. So shady if I might add. At this point, people can see this company/person is a scam and no where near being a professional seller. This company is pretty much every bad word in the dictionary. "
"This company does not really exist. I suspect that judging by the older dates of the earlier complaints the guy that uses this company handle pos up now and then when money is tight.
This seems to be a clever sort of mail or online fraud.
I purchased two computer mice at a very good price by VISA. The price was good because I now realize that there were never any mice to sell.
The "boiler plate" in the sales agreement was longer and more complicated than I have ever seen. The reason given was that there had been a lot of "Buyer Fraud."
Any attempt to contact the Company required me to fill out the same boiler plate forms that simply led around in a circle.
After 30 days, I realized I would never receive the items, so I called the VISA fraud desk to report them and get a refund.
I then received a letter accusing me of "Buyer Fraud" and theft, but also theatening so sue and defame me.
As far as I can tell, the "Company" does not even exist, and the so-called Legal Dept. address:
P.O. Box 254
Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046
belongs to an inactive non-profit with no reported assets called:
New Jersey Natural Health Coalition Inc.
Kim Kalina, Pres."
"It has been two weeks since I ordered and I have not received any communications form the company besides my purchase confirmation. I am trying to contact them through their "support" site but it is not looking good so far. I wish I had found the reviews on this site before I ordered. If I had I would have never placed an order with them."
"$999 shipping charge via Google checkout. CHECK YOUR INVOICE!!! It looks like the other payment services have kicked these folks off, but they'll still take Google, and they want $999 for shipping."
"Advertised as accepting paypal, however upon placing order and receiving order confirmation email followed up with a second email:
"Sorry we are no longer taking PayPal due to their incredible fraud rate and one sided tactics. We tried to refund you the funds but as we said, the crooks at PayPal removed the refund button from the account. Please contact your bank and file an ACH Dispute or your credit card company and file a chargeback for non receipt. That is the quickest way to get your money back since Paypal is the one that is in physical possession of the funds."
I have had to file a dispute with paypal and my CC company. No response to emails to iso computer parts as they are now trading, and no available phone numbers, or physical address.
Paypal scam artists, I think. "
"Wish I would have known earlier about this company, they are truely scam artists. I ordered a video card for a Dell 6400/E1505 Laptop and recieved the wrong card. I emailed customer service about the video card and the response I got back was that they are not responsible for compatability problems. I emailed back to customer service again stating that I didn't think sending the wrong card was an issue of compatiblity, so I asked them to find the correct card and I would pay the difference for the part and for shipping. They have since locked me out of their website so that I can no longer contact them. By the way, a check of there Public IP shows they might be located in Guatemala.
PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH ISORETAIL.COM. THEY ARE LESS THAN HONEST!!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They advertise "official" Dell parts but they are all cheap counterfeits. I ordered an ac adapter for $26 which broke after 20 minutes of use. They offered to replace the unit if I shipped the "defective" part back to them at my own expense ($9) and then paid for return shipping (another $12).
Their ship-from address in Google Checkout is a sham...it doesnt exist and they have no phone numbers to contact them by. I have since reported this company to Dell, Google Checkout, the FBI and the US Customs/Counterfeiting Bureau.
I PROMISE you if you buy from this vendor you WILL be ripped off."
"BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NO TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered 2 dell laptop power adapters. I received both, but one had a damaged cable with frayed wires sticking out. I returned one of my adapters for exchange through their customer service rep (who took a while to get back to me, but was nice through the return process). It's been over a month and I haven't received the new adapter or any notice of shipments/delays. Already, the 2nd adapter has stopped working and I can no longer reach their customer rep. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!"
"Ordered a Dell E 510 Power supply on August 13, 2008; got Email from ISO Retail on August 15, 2008 stating that my order had shipped; today, September 3, 2008 has noy received it. They provided no information on how it shipped - FedEx, UPS or USPS; mo tracking number ( I guess because it never really shipped)Google Checkout does not seem to care that they represent a scam company: my money are lost !!!"
"I ordered a dell laptop keyboard and have not received it as of 8/14/08. The store does NOT respond to inquiries and is registered outside of the US. DO NOT USE THEM."
"I placed an order for a Dell Laptop keyboard and a Dell Laptop Battery. We received the keyboard, but still have NOT received the battery. I WAS charged for it, but NO battery. Their web site has NO CONTACT INFO so if they read this, I would really like my battery delivered ASAP."
