"What a waste of time! Don't buy from this site. Their site states SHIPPING WITHIN 24 HOURS, that's a lie! Contacted them a few days later to check status of an order placed on 7-28-2011, as it takes them a day or two to get back to you via email, and this is what they had to say.

I ordered a protective leather cover for iPad, when it arrived was to small and really cheap material not leather. I ordered a cover for iPhone, plastic box arrived with a porsche logo stuck on it. Ordered a blue tooth mini keyboard for iPad still waiting for it almost 3 months later. When I emailed them to complain they asked for pictures of the items recieved to be e-mailed. I did this, after several emails requesting a refund for the products I was again asked to e-mail the pictures. The finally offered a $3 refund. I would not reccommend this site to anyone very poor imitation being sold and very poor customer and after sales service. This company is not capable of operating in the western world. Stick to the companys you know."
"I own a electronics repair company and placed an online order for around $315 in parts to sample their products. The ordering process was simple and making payment by PayPal was a no brainer. That is the only positive thing I can say about this whole experience. iThrough promises a 7-21 day delivery time. My order was placed on May 10, and by May 26 I still had no information on my order so I emailed them. I was given a tracking number on May 27 that showed that the package had just been shipped on May 27. My package arrived on June 6, 28 days after order, and I found that only a small portion of my order was shipped. The envelope was too small for them to have even claimed to have shipped the entire order in. Also the envelope was inadequate to protect the small and delicate merchandise resulting in damage. At this point I emailed iThrough and was quickly given an explanation that the order was shipped in two separate packages. But the second has no tracking number. In a nutshell I had to file a Police report and file a Paypal dispute. It has been almost two months and iThrough has still not shipped $202 of my $315 order. iThrough will quickly answer emails with excuses and confusing inquiries but in the end they are not a trusting company to deal with. I would avoid the hassle and buy from one of the thousands of reputable sellers."
"I ordered an iPad case with them. It has been 2 weeks already and I still haven't received it. I am counting on it to arrive in time before I take on a long trip with my iPad. Had I ordered through another online vendor, it would have arrived already. I emailed them about it. They just told me to wait for another week. There is no tracking system for the parcel. I saw another review about their poor shipping service even when expedited. Apparently, either they are some foreign vendor and they just have a lousy shipping department."
"I ordered a stand for my iPad from iThrough.com 2 months ago. I paid $15 extra for 2 to 3 day expedited shipping and I am happy to report that I received it today, 2 months later... Yep, $15 dollars extra for expedited delivery that took 2 months to arrive. I requested to be reimbursed for the shipping and was told no. At least I think that's what they said because they barely speak English. I guess I should be understanding that they don't speak English because the entire company, all 3 to 5 people by my estimate, is located in China. Anyway the stand is great! It almost looks just like the picture I saw online, except it broke when I tried to use it. Other than that I'm sure it would have been awesome. I think the only reason it broke is because it's made from amazingly thin plastic. Thank you iThrough for sucking my will to live!"

"I am writing a review regarding my experience in ordering the Yosion Peel 520 product which enables an iPod touch to be used as a cell phone.
I found out about ithrough from an e-mail I received from them about their products. I think I received this because of their relationship to another China based internet electronics website. They had a 10% off coupon and a sale on the above mentioned product that I was very interested in.
Ordering was very easy on their website and I completed my order via Paypal. I was able to get some status on my order also via their website. Unfortunately, my order processing and shipping happened around Chinese New Year and was thus held up longer than probably it normally takes.
Once the order was "shipped" from Hong Kong, it fell into a black hole and nobody could tell where it was until a few weeks later when the tracking information finally started showing up on the USPS website. It finally arrived on 2/23. So, that's why I rated the shipping process fairly low in my experience.
Once I receive the product I spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to work with my particular version of the touch and IOS version. I had no luck and asked for some tech. support via ithrough (as well as contacting Yosion, and posting on numerous forums).
iThrough kindly offered to return my product but I would have much preferred to try and get it working and I really liked the idea of using my touch as a phone. I tried to communicate this to them but they mostly just kept offering to allow me to return the unit. After waiting for some feedback from my various posts and contacts with Yosion, I decided to give up.
I contacted iThrough once more and they offered to have me return as well as to pay for the postage because of all the trouble I went through. This isn't standard policy due to the high cost of shipping from China to the US.
My Peel is on the way back to China, guess it will take the roughly 3 weeks it took to get to me. Hopefully it arrives and I get my full refund. In the meantime, iThrough has already credited me for the postage so that was cool.
