I asked for a refund of shipping charges in the amount of $69.99, to which I was told no. I explained to her that since 2 day priority express is guaranteed by the USPS she could get a refund in full and therefore issue me my money back. But she refused. She stated she was doing me a favor by shipping it 2 day express since the company didn't offer that option. "

made in Japan - not China. The Chinese parts are cheaper but failed."
