"NO response from company regarding phone messages or contact on website. I ordered ice packs for our school May 26th, They have not arrived as of 6/13/17. Confirmation by email, w/o tracking info. Using US Priority mail system. I check out as a guest. Left 5 messages on the PH# provided and 3 contacts through website. This has not been a problem in the past. Wondering if the anyone is monitoring these areas of customer service? "
