"I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this shoddy company. I purchased an item from them through a Groupon offer. Never received it. Never received a status update. Tried to contact Customer Support twice. (By the way, the customer support personnel are not in the U.S., they don't speak or write decent English.) The first time I was told they would refer my case to "customer support".. I said "I thought this WAS customer support!". The customer rep ("Archana") refused to put a supervisor on the chat session and then disconnected me. I contacted them again, spoke to "Ismail", who said he/she would make sure my item was expedited. Once again, nothing. This company is a sham. Stay far, far away. "
"Ideeli is now Ideel. Ideel is a company that operated by theives. I would never do business with them. Their customer service is the worst you can deal with. I have order an expensive new men's Burberry watch only to get a used women's watch. I have tried to resolve the issues with them but nothing worked with them.

"Terrible customer service! If you return an item for credit to get free return shipping, they do not credit you the amount of your return until 5 business days after they have received the item. Most sites give you the credit as soon as they know that UPS has the package, or at the very least as soon as they have it in hand. Ideel's business model is to hold on to your money as long as possible. It's like kiting checks, which is illegal, I believe. "

I spent more than $900 usd and my order was cancelled just because some loss prevention agent couldnt contact me, I tried to call but never found a customer services email or a phone number where I can contact them. I placed my order again, i talked to someone on the online chat they have no idea of what customer services is. they cancelled my order again. they told me thay my case would proceed with a superior. of course they did nothing. They also told me becasue Im mexican i have to buy from their international site which is more expensive and have extra shipping fees, I have american address, would call that RACISM. Im never ever buying from them.
I even tried to buy from my friends account who buys very often, but gave my info shipping addres bank account etc, and because of the history with them, guess what happened? my order was cancelled again. so i was never able to buy.

UPS can't even return to sender on a package because they do some cheesy cross shipping with USPS, all in an effort to keep the customer up against the wall so they can't cancel\adjust\correct the order - even when not the customers fault. "Horrible customer service. In my first order I pay for a $400+ handbag and they mail me an entirely different one. I emailed to inform them and their automated response message says they're proud that they respond on average "4 business hours" and how you can expect a response the same day as a result. Several days later I receive absolutelt no response. I will email again but not surprised if they ignore me again. How can they get away with running a business like this?! I saw all the bad reviews and wished I heeded the warnings before my order. I will file a formal complaint on the BBB website. Others with issues should do so as well because I have a hard time believing they deserve an "A+" rating given all the awful complaints about recieving the wrong item, lost packages, and generally bad customer service."
"Ordered on Jan 15th. Arrival: 1/21-28. They used UPS then transferred it to USPS Surepost. I don't know what happened since they won't tell you anything, but my package was not delivered. They wouldn't ship it via express, unlike most places that will re-ship for free at a fast rate.
It was received at the fulfillment center for re-shipment on 1/28. Since I hadn't received an update on my account since the original shipment. I started a chat session. I asked Nyla today for a status. She said that it reshipped on 1/29, but they didn't have a tracking no? WHAT? I know how shipping works. You receive the tracking number immediately. Jessica, a supervisor called me because of the numerous issues with this order. I look forward to talking to her.
This is literally the worst business I've ever encountered! They are terrible. Their customer service reps are condescending. Do not order from them. Not worth the "savings". Use Gilt any day over Ideel. I hope they go out of business. "

I do see that the expected delivery date in the screen shot that you've provided shows as 1/28-2/9. However, I do apologize as that information is not correct. As stated the order confirmation email that we sent you shows the correct delivery time frame which is Feb 02 - 11. and that order confirmation email was sent shortly after the order was placed. "Ideel or ideeli it doesn’t matter – DON’T ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible return policy, horrible customer service…if you can get service. Over priced items that you can get for cheaper at Amazon with a free return policy/customer service. Well, I ordered some items, however I did not realize that these items could not be return, I placed my order at 11:45am by 12:10pm (so 25 minutes later) same day I tried to cancel my order by emailing the so called customer service, and I calling…no answer. Instead, one day or two days later I get a confirmation email that my order has shipped. Really? After I tried to cancel the order, well any other merchant has better policies than this ideel/ideeli…money grabbing scam. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!"
"Disclaimer: This review is about ideel.com. I know it used to be called ideeli, but my experience is with the current company ideel.
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to write this one with my personal experience, especially after reading so many negative reviews out here.
My first order of boots (Jan, 2015) came in in time without any issues. The boots were as described at a very competitive price. I was very happy with them that I purchased another pair of boots. The second boots came in in time, too. Except that this time, the boots were mismatched in sizes.
To resolve the issue, I tried their online chat service. I was connected with an agent immediately, the whole conversation took less than 5 minutes. They asked for my order number, and what was wrong with the order, and told me I would receive a full refund since exchange is not available due to the nature of flash sales.
I wanted to wait until I see the refund on my credit card before I consider re-purchasing. After a couple days, the credit was back. No hassle.
But this is not where the customer service ends.
What bring me here to write this review was that, today, out of the blue, I received a surprise package from Ideel. Inside the package was a hand written notecard apologizing for the mismatched boots, an ideel branded make-up bag, and a pair of boots!!!! Seriously!!! They were not the boots I originally ordered, but they are still good stylish boots. I wish I could post a picture to prove that! Not to mention the hand written note? It was the agent that chatted with me! This was a total unexpected surprise.
Outstanding customer service. If they are trying to have a come back from all these negative reviews, they are definitely heading to the right direction.
If you are considering buying something from their website, please take this review and give them a shot! I hope to see them continue servicing the crowd!"
"The first time i purchased something from ideel.com, they told me 6 days after i purchased it my order was cancelled because they ran out. The second time i purchased something from ideel, i told them the next day after spending 400 dollars on their website that i would like to cancel the order, since they only give you an hour to cancel your order online, they told me that they could no longer cancel it because it was in the process of being shipped and that i would have to contact them when i receive the items for a return label. my product didn't even ship for another week after that. when i got my products i sent them back immediately. which i was told from the time they received them it would be 3-5 business days until i received my money. after not receiving any money 8 days later, i contacted them and they told me i would not receive my money for ANOTHER 3-5 business days and that they made a mistake. they received my product on the 9th, it is now the 20th. still wondering where my money is. after contacting them(emailing and leaving them a voicemail) telling them i was upset because i was counting on that money being in my account, i have not heard any response from them. very bad company."
"I had tons of online shopping experiences with Hautelook, Bluefly, BeyondtheRack, Rue La La, Gilt, etc. and overall I was happy with all these vendors. I never bought anything from ideeli before and this time I did it just buying an ear muffle. The whole experience was far from pleasant and I will never purchase anything from them again. This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. First after placing the order, they deducted the amount right away from my credit card and later put it back. It was very confusing to see the back-and-forth transactions as one of them didn't show with vendor name. I had to guess that they hadn't shipped it yet but they wanted to test if my credit card was valid. Then for almost three weeks nothing happened - Neither did I see any update on website saying what was the order status nor did I receive any email providing me with updates. The order was placed on Nov 14 and on Dec 2, after the T-giving Holiday, I checked my credit card account and saw three pending transactions from them, all deducting the same amount! My order was $50 something and what I saw were three identical $50+ deductions, all from them! My account was immediately down for $150+ for something only worth $39.99 (w/o Tax and shipping) and not even shipped! Could you believe that? I wasn't sure if there was a mistake and called the hotline. Nobody answered, which wasn't surprising, so I left a voice msg. The answering machine said they would call me back by end of day. Nobody ever called me back, I received an email the other day just explaining they were testing my card and nothing was really deducted since it was not shipped! Come on then why did I see three pending transactions from you? OK fine by that time instead of three pending transactions I only saw two, so I thought they were fixing it. Then end of day Dec 3, an email came saying my order was now cancelled because the manufacturer wasn't able to fulfill it. What the XXX? After you already tested and deducted from my account 5-6 times? Why would it take you so long to even get the idea that the manufacturer couldn't fill the order? With this time frame if I purchase anything from most online vendors I use, the product would have already been arrived! I will never use ideeli (or ideel the new name) again for any online shopping!"
