"These guys have a great website, but thats about it. I ordered a replacement screen kit for an iPad2 and needed it Shipped Next Day Air. That was on Wed. Thursday came and no shipment. Emailed them back asking for tracking number. Friday comes, now they don't have it in white. I'll take black I say, just ship the thing. I ask to pay extra for Saturday AM delivery as I need it. Nope can't do it Saturday they reply, ok guess I'm forced to wait till Monday (5 days later then I ordered it originally). Get this, Monday comes, no package, I get an email telling me to confirm that they charged an amount on my credit card less then a dollar and to go find out what that amount was and let them know so that then they can ship it? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I don't think this place is a legit business. There are SOOOOOO many other companies on line that actually ship when they say they are going to and it turns out are Cheaper too! Do your self a favor, DON'T use these guys!! They are a joke and their customer service is horrendous. (Left messages and no return calls back). Run away from iFixdirect!!!!!!!"
