"Order was slow and took a month.
Their page says they give full refunds.
they sent me a UPS label to send the product back to them, which I did and they still haven't given me a refund a year later! not only that it seems they are out of business now too!

Original post:
I was shopping for a cover for the wife’s new iPad, saw one I liked and almost $30 cheaper at this website. They list their current stock of items which I thought was cool, It was showing "63 in stock" that was in April 16th. I went ahead and ordered two covers (different colors, as a gift for the wife). After 3 days, I wasnt happy that my covers weren't shipped yet as they were still showing as "awaitting shipment". I contacted them by e-mail, I was told the covers were NOT avaliable, they were on back order!! and they expect them to be avaliable on April 30th!!
I e-mailed them asking them to refund my money and cancel my order. I received an email "We will be happy to refund the money.". 2 days later, I received another email, this time the items were shipped!!! I contacted them and asked for a tracking number, to make sure they're not playing me. I never received any email from them till this moment!

I payed through Paypal, lets see how it ends.


Eidt: I received my money back as promised, but their website says the covers were shipped so I don't know!

I added another star but I just HATE it when online sellers don't update their inventory, or chose to mislead their customers into thinking that they have what they're looking for; so they order and THEN they get the " Sorry, but the items you purchased are in backorder" and stuff!
