"Same as the other review, impressed with trail version purchased upgrade, after payment no activation code sent, five emails later still no response, my commence has tried to help but to no avail, waiting for a refund but not holding my breath must be a con company they rips you off for the fun of it."

"The free trial version of their flipbook software worked well and did exactly what I wanted for creating flipbooks that I could host locally so I paid for the software to lift page count restrictions and open the security features. Unfortunately, the license number I was sent does not work and customer support is non-responsive. MyCommerce (who iGooSoft sells through) has tried to help but they have not received any response from iGooSoft Customer Support either. My e-mails to every address iGooSoft has listed in their domain registration have all also either been rejected or ignored. As of today (43 days) I still await a refund. (This rating system should include a zero (0) rating option.)"
