"Ordered Sennheiser HD435's in Februrary by phone, didn't receive any communication for two weeks. Called iHeadphones to chase and was treated most rudely on the phone by the guy that answered. In the end I cancelled my order as I really don't trust this company to supply the headphones I ordered."

"Do not buy anything from this company. They will not replace faulty items. I was sent a faulty pair of earphones from this company, which I returned back to them for an exchange. I was called once to let me know they have received it and were testing it, however, I have not heard anything back from iheadphones ever since. I have phoned up many times but can only leave a message on their phone system, and they have never phoned back. I have filled out their web form, but have never got a call back. I have even written them a formal letter by post and they have not replied or phoned me. It's been three months and still I have heard nothing. They have the worst customer service, and they don't have a number you can phone to talk to anybody. I don't recommend you buy anything from this company."
