"I purchased a product for my vehicle year & make as advertised by ijdmtoy on Amazon.com. I asked if instructions were provided before purchasing. After the product arrived, the instructions were wrong. The product had trouble snapping into place with the connectors to my lights but eventually snapped on. After the installation due to my own wisdom & not the bogus instructions, the product didn't work as advertised. I had to get pliers or vice grips to remove the connectors because the ijdm connectors were too tight when connected. I returned the product with a certified letter asking the Manager to contact me by mail & phone when they received the product. I never received an email or call. When I did reach a real person back & asked for the Manager, I still never received a call back. The customer service is absolute garbage and so is their products. They still advertise the product I purchased that doesn't work 30 days after reporting it doesn't work. I was told that if they resend the item, it will just do the same thing. Why advertise & sell it? Horrible service, terrible product! Buyer beware! Never will buy from them again."

"They advertised a license plate mount as “no drilling required.” Then lied to me saying the images for the mount install on their website was for my same vehicle, Dodge Challenger 2010. So of ALL the Challengers between 2008-2018 you just so happen to display my exact vehicle for install instructions. Different style headlights and all?

When I inquired, my questions were ignored.

Now I have to fabricate a bracket to be able to affix this mount to my car.

These dudes are dishonest. I guest the paperwork and business cards begging for positive reviews were a hint. "

"I was assisted by a person named Judy and man can I say she was ratched. My BMW angel eyes went out and paid over $200 for a new pair. When I got it and it was defective, they made me go though a obstacle just for a replacement. The replacements were also bad and we had to look though each box and test them because the illuminating colors were off. They try to sell 4500k at 6000k and 6000K at 4500K. Rip company. dont know how they are open"

"Reading that HID bulbs are good for 2000 hours use(compared to 800 for incandescent), I decided to upgrade my vehicle. After blowing through two entire sets of these expensive bulbs in less than six months I asked them for assistance. Their response was to swap the positive and negative leads (just results in NO lights at all) and that they would offer a 10% discount to buy yet again. No warranty. No help. Unless their reasoning was that no power to the lights would keep the bulbs from burning out. They don't stand by their significantly more expensive products. Go to eBay instead."
