"ordered raw water bait tank. Upon delivery, bait tank had debris dried up and crusted on filter. Lid bracket was broken. Tank lid and Tank had bubble and worn out coloration. No difference in cheaper aerator and raw water model, they just added higher price. Web site pictured light and net, descritption says comes with net, but got nothing. Packaging was used box and envelop that held pump and pipes was torn/used and retaped. Pump was so weak. I sent 2 emails, NO answer. Can you say Customer NO Service! Should be illegal to falsely advertise AND sell used items as new. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!"
