"Ordered a phone charge with adapter cord for Dell Streak. They promised 2 day delivery for $25, which I paid. 2 WEEKS later the item arrive--the adapter cord only--no charger. I emailed this ripoff outfit 3 tmes. They replied to one email saying they would adjust the shipping charge, but they never did. Avoid these crooks like the plague."

"VERY unhappy with this company. Placed the order Thursday, they promptly charged my credit card This is Sunday and still no notice of shippment. They also say they have 24/7 email support - NO THEY DON'T! and they do not post their company address and phone number so I cannot contact them any other way besides email. They finally emailed me; we resolved the issue and am repurchasing the item but they still need to work on their customer support."
