"I brought the power smokeless grill. In the process of buying the grill I was told that I could get the fryer for free just pay shipping and handling. That's was ok, but you know how they try and sell you other items in process of your order. Well she was trying to sell me a burner and I told her I wasn't interested so you know how they keep trying to make you an offer to get it by giving discounts on the product. Well she kept trying to get me to order it. So she tried to sell me a 3 year plan on the product I refused so she kept discounting it still refused. So then she said I can offer you the burner free if you buy the 3 year plan. So I said ok I'll do that cuz you're not going to give up so we both will benefit from this. You got to sell your plan and I get a burner I'm going to buy your plan but don't offer me anything else even though I know it's your job I'm not interest. So at the end of the conversation she ran down what I ordered and she did say the insurance plan and the burner free. But when I get my package delivered no burner so I looked on the receipt no burner, but the insurance
So I called customers service and explain the situation and they tell me she couldn't offer me the burner for the insurance cuz they don't do that. So basically now they're calling me a liar. So I told them if I'm not going to get the burner I don't want the insurance. They told me they can't take the insurance off bcuz the order has already been sent out. So now I'm screwed I have to keep the insurance that I didn't want to pay for but to get the burner I didn't mind paying for it. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase of sell. Make sure you get what you supposed to get when ordering from this company. This is the first time I experienced this with ordering this type of product.

"We signed up in 2015 for a year's worth of contacts so we could save on the monthly cost. I was unaware that I was signing up for an auto-renewed service. We used it for a few weeks and found that it was a waste of time. A year later I saw that it was auto-renewed on our CC and I contacted the company asking them for a refund as we had literally not used their site in 11 months and I was unaware we were set up for auto-renewal. They told me that was impossible.
When I asked to speak to a manager they sent me to an unnamed voicemail box. I called again after I heard no response and they told me the president would get back to me. After a few days, I did not hear back so I contacted them and got a voicemail. Then I emailed. Then called again. It became clear to me that they had my number on the caller ID and there were several occasions where I believe they didn't answer my call because they knew who I was.
After several weeks of trying to reach them, I finally was able to get a hold of another manager who told me they NEVER give refunds and it was impossible.
The only way I can explain all the happy reviews on this site, is that they are done by employees of the company. The contact information they provide is not good and they have horrible customer service."
