"You are a joke and a disgrace to business. You don't know what price I sighed up for, really, you are the director of communications. I think you need to be in a different position than Director of any thing with a company if don't know the information you are taking about. Beware of this type of peril with no acclimation. Again, you are a joke and a disgrace to business.

The truth, I was told by a rep in customer service was, "the owner will not allow the old plan any more", or previous subscriptions. Maybe this is because he sold preferred stock in the company to Mr. Warren Buffet and needs to pay his dividends, and maybe the company is not doing so great.

I've been a service subscriber for several years. I purchased a subscription when the service was not up to par while also maintaining my subscription to sales genie. I would log in to infofree and see the changes from time to time, and I downloaded maybe 100,000 records over a several year period to check the data. I didnt use the service often, just waiting for the service to get better.

Our credit card was compromised through first data and the bank cancelled the card, issued another card with a different card number and I spoke with Matt Irwin by email and phone regarding the situation of waiting for our new card. Again I don't use the service often and when I tried to log in one day the account was not accessible. I called info free to fix the situation and they WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO REINSTATE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN 30 DAYS SINCE THE ACCOUNT WAS DECLINED WITH THE OLD CREDIT CARD. The total elapsed time was about 45 days because I don't use the service and had it automatically paid through a draft of my card.

In speaking with several people their they would not allow me to reinstate my account, I think their customer service is horrible and unilateral. I think they are unfair and willing to rip someone off after being a customer since their inception. VERY BAD PEOPLE AND I AM ASHAMED I HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH SELFISH CROOKS.

Please note that we do allow a 30 day grace period from the time a card fails for a customer to submit payment & remain on their current plan. This policy applies to all infofree.com subscribers. Since your card was declined on May 8 you would have had to renew by June 8 to keep your current plan. After that date, you would be subject to the same plan as a new subscriber, which includes a $19.95 setup fee & 2,000 downloads & $0.02 per download beyond the 2,000 for a monthly subscription. For a yearly subscription, there is no setup fee. The yearly charge is $449.55 which gets you 30,000 downloads & $0.02 per download beyond the 30,000.



I spoke with you on May 9 regarding the declined payment & reinstating your account. During that conversation you stated you were waiting on a new card and would call me back. You did not call me back. I sent you an email on May 15, which you did not respond to. We sent the email to ****@**** because that is the contact information you provided.



We sent you on automated email regarding the failed payment on May 8, called you on May 9 & sent another email on May 15. In addition to the 3 contacts that we made, we allowed you 30 days to provide us with updated card information to get your account back in good standing & remain on your current plan. Since you did not contact us within that 30 day grace period, you are no longer eligible for the infofree.com classic plan.

I'm trying to come to some type of resolution on my account. I opened this account several years ago in hopes that paying a lower price a few years for something that was sub par and I all ready had by using sales genie, hoping this would be a good investment for a future up and coming company. The account was under a credit card that had been compromised due to transactions over the internet and I was forced to cancel the card number having a new card issued. I didn't know of this situation because I don't use the email that my log in is under often, mtarr@spi-funding. I would like to restore my account and continue on with the service I had initially signed up for.



I don't want to be the customer that has to post comments and send letters of bad business to persons of interest for something that can be fixed so easily, that gets nobody any where. I just want to restore my service I currently had, that's all.

"I had lot of expectations when I signed up with infofree.com, but within a week, all myths are gone. But, still continued to use it for business and residential lists without much luck, and finally gave up on it after 6 months. Most of the numbers end up as voicemail boxes or fax. Residential list is awful, but business list is about 40% accurate."

"I have been customer of Infofree.com for past 8 months. I have a very small business and can not afford high cost leads. I am very impressed with the monthly subscription they have and the price I pay for the data I get. When I created the account, a sales representative helped me to walk through the site and that was important. Sometimes there are issues with the site (being slow) - which happens in the IT world - but I have an experience that, they do fix it ASAP and make website available to me.
Waiting for new Coming Soon.. things which are mentioned on the website. Thank you helping my business grow.

"I do phone prospecting on a regular basis and I have struggled with the cost-effectiveness of lists. This all changed when I found infofree.com. I've been able to customize my lists, run searches and download all for a very reasonable monthly fee. I particularly like the new movers list, and divorce filings in order to target MONEY IN MOTION. My experience continues to be top-notch and it seems they add new features every few weeks that enhance my prospecting."

"I recently started offering a new service as part of my existing consulting business. Infofree.com is responsible for probably doubling my revenue in thus business. Compared to the cost of resting lists or using list brokers the price just can't be beat. Service is always good and responsive, and I've really never had any issues to speak of. When I have needed to talk to someone, they're always available. And the quality of the lists / leads has always been spot on.

If you're looking for leads or lists, I really don't think you can do better than infofree.com

"I heard a commercial a couple years ago for infofree.com. My small retail business was looking for a way to build potential customer addresses and emails to push our business forward. They needed to be non business customers, and this was a good site to try. We are still with them! For a very reasonable price, we are able to mail postcards to a tailored group of potential customers, in our market area. This is much more effective than most marketing. Even though the USPS has cheaper per house delivery, but how many are wasted on people not in the market for our product? We can target individuals who meet the profile of our customer by income, marital status, or in our case how long they have lived in their house. Instead of sending it to every house on the street, we send it to just them. Same thing with email addresses, we can target those who might have an interest in our product, rather than spamming every user. We are certainly glad we found infofree.com!"

"I was using one of InfoFree competitors for many years and the price continued to go up every time I turned around. I was paying for unlimted downloads on a monthly basis. Once they jacked the price up as high as they could, they then stated limiting the amount of names I could download.

I was fed up, but did not know I had a choice. Then one day I saw an ad for InfoFree. It had a few limitations on the data, but for my purposes, it was nothing that I cared about. What I did care about is that they truly did give me as many leads as I needed PLUS InfoFree was over 80% less expensive, yea 80%! that was a no brainer.

I dumped the company that has ripped me off after years of loyalty on my part and switch to InfoFree. they have only improved and added features since I started to use them... AND NEVER RAISED THEIR PRICES!

"Absolutely great service. I switched to Infofree from a genial company. Infofree has always taken care of me when I have questions, or when my account needs special attention.
