"Make sure to remove and reinstall this cartridge if you have any trouble with the quality before returning it. Mine didnt seem to print properly so I emailed them and they directed me to remove it and unplug my printer then plug it back in and re-install and now it works like a charm! I saved money and got a great product so I highly recommend this product and seller!"
