"I ordered from this company and I wish I had not. The cartridges ruined my Epson Stylus CX5000. I had no issues with my printer until I used their cartridges! My print outs were of poor quality and caused erratic printing behaviors. I wasted most of the ink after many print head and nozzle cleanings. I emailed customer service and they gave me an address to send back the cartridges for a refund. I sent the cartridges back with confirmation per their request and heard nothing! I contacted them again after waiting one week for a refund, nothing! They finally got back to me two weeks later with a partial refund. Run! Do not buy anything from them! You think you save money but it's not worth the head ache in the end! Buy Epson cartridges only! If they tell you it's "Epson compatible" they are lying!"

When I asked for their return address, they started asking other questions about which printer I put the cartridges in. They were sending snide comments via email and were not professional at all."

They sent me and non working cartridge and then after about a month of emailing them about it they tell me "Try running the head cleaning utility on your printer and then do a nozzle check."!!! I not a total idiot. But to top it all off I've now sent them the item back and still no reply! All I want is my money back so that I can go to a Reputable, Reliable and Trust Worthy business!

"I was really irritated with Epson (I have a Stylus NX110) when I found out you can't print (even black & white) unless you have ink in every color. When I found InkWow.com, I read some positive reviews and took a chance. Their ink cartridges are compatible with many printers, including multiple brands. I ordered 1 each of cyan, magenta, and yellow and they were only $4.95 apiece, with free shipping!
I had just bought a cartridge for $16 at Wal-mart and that was just for black. The order said it would take 3-5 business days to ship and it took 3. The install instructions were simple and correct, and I was printing within a few minutes of opening the package. Make sure you read the install instructions for your printer make, because there is a little spacer tab that you may need to remove first.

"Recommend, based on quick shipping and price comparison. Not using the in bought yet, so can't comment on use. Some people have problems with compatibility of cartridges, crossing fingers that's not me. Opinion subject to change if they don't work!"
