"Wish I could give 0 starts. Like the other customers, I had a TERRIBLE experience with Instock Digital and wish that I would have read these reviews. I only hope to help someone else out in the future.

Two weeks after I placed my order (a gift, which was supposed to arrive within a week of placing the order), I had to call them to find out the status. I was told that it had been back ordered, but had just arrived. I was then given the same nonsense that other reviewers were about the 20 minute battery. I told them that I would not be purchasing anything further from them because I was disappointed in the service. He then told me that I was going to be charged additional insurance for the camera as well. He could tell I was angry, but rather than working with me and providing real customer service, he just quickly offered to cancel the order and hung up when I said yes. I couldn't believe it, I honestly do not remember being treated so badly by a company for something very small. Do not shop here, ever. You will regret it."

"I purchased an Olympus Stylus Tough 6020 on Sept/26/2011 via the internet. A purchase comfirmation was sent via email without the original price indicated. One week later there still was no shipping notification. I called and recieved the run around, upgrade your battery, cleaning kit and ect. I know I was a fish caught, hook line and sinker. I just wanted the camera. I agreed. After several days and still no shipping notification, I was upset and called customer service. I have never been treated so badly. Yes, I was upset with them. My credit card had not been charged and still no shipping notice.
Customer Service had told me the Email was "Down". This was incorrect because, I had talked to more than just Customer Sevice and recieved some emails about Policy and terms of agreement. Just a note about the battery.....My wife had purchased an Olympus 6000 at Christmas time from another vendor .....didn't upgrade the battery. I got the same exact battery for the "upgraded" price. Don't go with these guys, they are not honest and are extreamly rude! The site says no shipping charges....my invoice has 14.99 shipping fees.
Please go with someone else, I will! I would fight this, but they are not worth any additional time."

"If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. SAME issue as everyone else on the page. Their cameras are cheap...why? Because they cheat you out of products that SHOULD come with the camera!!!! Their site stated that the camera comes with a "battery pack." Dummy me...I assumed that was an actual battery with a charger...wrong! They wanted to charge me an additional $350 for a battery and battery charger. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from them unless you dig very deep into what their cameras include. I would call them and find out everything 100% perfect you purchase from them."

"I ordered a digital camera online and got a call the next day; they tried to upsell me a battery and charger since they claimed the camera didn't come with one. I researched online before I called them back to decline. Again, he tried to sell me another package which I declined. Finally, he gave me my total including tax and "handling" fee and the total was $100 more than the quoted online price. DON'T SHOP HERE!"

And you can't return things - if you order online and then after when they call you to talk you into other items, you can't return any single item because now you have bought a "package deal" which is a bunch of bs! "I purchased a Canon 300HS camera for 10% cheaper. They tried to call me, but I won't call them back.(wasn't born yesterday) Never got charged and no camera.

This site is one of those scam sites! I though they all died back in the 90s. They will contact you to get you to buy accessories at ridiculous high prices before they will ship. Usually a memory card, tripod, case, and filters for $200 that's worth $35. Use credit card to buy because you will need to call them to get your money back."

"In Stock Digital had a 4th of July sale on all cameras and camcorders until Sunday night 12:00 am. This included free shipping. As well, if you bought 2 or more accessories, you would receive an additional 20% off the accessories. Also, with any purchase, you were to receive a free table top tripod, lens cleaning kit, and screen protector.

During this sale, I purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T1i camera for the advertised price of $495.00. I had phoned In Stock Digital on Wednesday, July 6th to find out what stage my order was in. I also inquired about a 16 gbhdhc memory stick. When I was told that it would cost me $169.00 for one, I informed the salesman that I could purchase one locally for $149.00. His reply was, "No you can't."

I was convinced to upgrade the battery and the battery charger. I was also pursuaded to purchase the 16 gbhdhc memory stick, a 3 piece professional multi coated filter kit, and a table top tripod, cleaning kit and screen. All this for $925.00 plus $54.99 for shipping, handling & insurance. A total of $979.99.

Instead of a 16 gbhdhc memorey stick, I received an 8 gbhdhc memory stick. The table top tripod, lens cleaning kit, and screen protector were advertised as free. Also, the shipping was to be free. I calculated that I paid $484.99 for an 8 gbhdhc memory stick and the 3 piece professional multicoated filter kit. I can purchase these two items at Amazon.com for less than $50.00.

I made several phone calls with no resolution. I also sent emails that never went through to their destination. I was told by the manager that an email would be sent to me outling the proposal from In Stock Digital. As of today, I have received one and I do not expect to receive one.

I figured that I got swindled for at least $400.00.
