"I love the fact that interflora is a go between to a local florist. It enables the local florists to keep up with the time. However, I feel the website is really outdated and is in need of a desperate update.About 10 years ago I started using Interflora and then about 4 years ago I switched to Bloom and Wild. After several orders my relatives noticed that the Bloom and Wilds delivered product quality is very low compared to the quality from the local florist when ordering through you, so I switched back. However, I favour the user experience from Bloom and Wild as it is of a much higher quality. Simple and easy to navigate, I also enjoy their limited choice as it makes the decissions easier. Personally I really think you should focus on the local buisness aspect and do a full rehaul of your customer experience including a brand new website.
