"Well I downloaded the app as suggested but couldn’t find anywhere on the app to order flowers. Also it was disappointing that the words on the site were not inEnglish and I couldn’t understand them. I am sure that you lose lots of business by encouraging people to download a site which in truth is no use to them. I would also suggest that the full price including postage is included in the advertised price.A bit sad because in my experience the flowers are normally excellent."
