30% refund and a blunt email from Sue Saying “she can’t help me further” sort of accept it and shut up attitude I felt
I replied to her email including their website photo and an actual photo of what had been delivered as proof. Which has not been acknowledged or replied to.
Seems I was right I’m my assumption of go away and shut up! Shocking way to treat any customer."
