The website is also exceptionally clunky: one example is that the website will say “Welcome Robert” and allow me to place an order, but when I get to the end I find that I’m not logged in at all and have to start afresh. Also if I click on a product or offer in an email, I just get taken to the generic webpage and must search for the precise item or offer I saw which isn’t often very easy. Finally, I subscribe to Interflora Platinum. It’s annoying to not be notified when this is due to expire as I suddenly have an extra £20 charge on an order instead of an expected discount (although the full £20 is immediately mitigated by reduced delivery charges, it’s still bloody irritating)."
