"I applied a discount code. Then I got an error message as the value of the order didn’t meet the criteria for the discount code. But you can’t then change the discount code applied. I had to bin the whole order, close the browser and start all over again. Really crappy customer journey guys. I’m using iOS on my iPhone. You need to allow people to remove or change their discount code retrospectively."
