They had the display in their hallway and I was embarrassed by the size and quality of the flowers, There were not nearly the number of blooms in the picture, and the roses were all drooping a day after the arrangement was delivered.

"Even though we paid extra for a pre 12.00 (midday) order, this did not arrive until late afternoon, causing a lot of inconvenience to us all.
An email from Interflora informed us that their agent in that area was out of stock of one product, so another would be substituted, resulting in a late delivery.
The point of paying extra for pre midday delivery was because the receiving party would not be in post midday.
They had to cancel their plans and wait in until the goods arrived.
Sort out your agents Interflora as they are getting you a bad reputation."
